Whole House Renovation
Our client wanted to the charm of of the original ranch, but needed more space for our growing family. The first picture was originally three separate rooms and a small bath. The kitchen was opened to the dining room and completely redone incorporating space from and existing porch. The Laundry is hidden behind french doors at the side entrance with a complimenting pantry and coat closet.![]() |

Screened in Porch
This client chose ironwood or IPE as a decking material. The porch is divided in a screened in portion with skylight for full illumination. The attached deck allows for unabated grilling and entertaining. Peregrine added small tool room to the underside of the porch to hide everything needed to maintain the yard.

Church Organ Refurbishment
Plaza Presbyterian Church elected to refurbish its 1969 M.P.Moller Organ. Plaza turned to Peregrine Builders to gut the organ loft, choir stage, and pulpit area. After the organ was removed, Peregrine gutted the entire front of the church, pealing back at least three past floor plans. The project had a tight scheduled and was finished 2 hours before a previously schedule wedding rehearsal.![]() |
